As a Barista, you will be at the heart of our café and hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy their coffee and beverage experience to the fullest. Your role will focus on creating a welcoming environment while delivering top-notch service and perfectly crafted drinks.

Your role will also include:

Taking and preparing orders with precision and care, from freshly brewed coffee to specialty drinks, ensuring each guest receives exceptional service in line with our brand standards.
Maintaining a well-organized and clean workspace, while also assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar areas.
Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless service across all shifts, keeping communication strong to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Monitoring guest satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
Upholding brand values and serving as an ambassador for our establishment.
Ensuring stock control is well-managed, and all necessary items are available to maintain smooth operations.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in F&B, preferably in a branded property.

You must have excellent communication skills.
