This is what awaits you as a F&B Manager if you are looking for the next career step (m/f/d):

• Guest service & professional advice to guests on food and beverage selection
• Team oriental cooperation with superiors and colleagues
• You will ensure that guests receive excellent service in the restaurant and banquet area
• As you are a host at heart, you value customer and guest contact. You also know how to deal professionally with complaints
• You are authorized to issue instructions to all employees in the F&B area as well as the temporary staff and trainees in your department
• To ensure profitability, you will keep an eye on the F&B key figures and prepare corresponding reports
• You will work closely with the head chef to ensure that everything runs smoothly

What are we looking for?

• Completed training in the hotel industry or an equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience
• Motivating nature and strong communication skills
• Experience in leading teams
• Guest and service orientation and high quality awareness
• A well-groomed appearance, a positive charisma and unparalleled manners
• Commitment, resilience and flexibility
• Very good knowledge of English as well as at least basic German knowledge
