Tâches
This is what awaits you as a F&B Manager if you are looking for the next career step (m/f/d):
- Guest service & professional advice to guests on food and beverage selection
- Team oriental cooperation with superiors and colleagues
- You will ensure that guests receive excellent service in the restaurant and banquet area
- As you are a host at heart, you value customer and guest contact. You also know how to deal professionally with complaints
- You are authorized to issue instructions to all employees in the F&B area as well as the temporary staff and trainees in your department
- To ensure profitability, you will keep an eye on the F&B key figures and prepare corresponding reports
- You will work closely with the head chef to ensure that everything runs smoothly
Profil
What are we looking for?
- Completed training in the hotel industry or an equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience
- Motivating nature and strong communication skills
- Experience in leading teams
- Guest and service orientation and high quality awareness
- A well-groomed appearance, a positive charisma and unparalleled manners
- Commitment, resilience and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of English as well as at least basic German knowledge
