YUST Antwerp's restaurant, eppo, is a casual restaurant offering a simple menu that focusses on seasonal and consciously sourced, quality ingredients.

Expect no-nonsense cooking with a creative take on classic techniques. The menu changes sporadically, as we cook with the seasons and take inspiration from what’s around us.

For this new kid on the block, we’re looking for driven and lively team member to take over the reigns as Restaurant Manager.

As the Restaurant Manager of the eppo, an amazing guest experience lays in your steady hands.

• You’re responsible for recruiting, training & coaching your team
• You’ll make a monthly schedule for your team with a focus on efficiency, managing payroll
• You’ll manage and fulfil stock orders for the restaurant and bar, and ensure the inventory is counted every month
• You’ll report monthly sales figures to the General manager
• You’ll lead and ensure a smooth daily running of the restaurant, bar, and rooftop (during summer months)

• You work well under pressure and have a hands-on mentality
• You have a positive mindset, are approachable and work well in a team
• You’re social, motivated, and flexible
• You’re proactive and you take initiative
• You have at least 2 years of hospitality experience
• Experience in a leadership role within a food/bar concept is required
