In Q3 of this year Borealis Hotel Group will open Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport and Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Airport. We are now seeking to appoint a F&B Supervisor

The Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport is being built in an ideal location. The largest Brussels airport is only 5 km away and the train station is only a 7-minute walk away.
But also interesting sights, the NATO headquarters and the city centre of Brussels can be reached quickly and easily. The hotel will have 208 rooms and will offer breakfast and light meals to their guests all day.

If so, keep reading… As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will assist the General Manager by supervising and directing the Food and Beverage team, overseeing the restaurant, bar, and meeting room. Providing the highest service levels, engagement, and guest satisfaction, whilst creating a working environment that supports teamwork and our values.

You will be part of a small (but mighty!) team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible service every day. The day starts quietly with ensuring that the restaurant is ready for service. The hotel is quite fully booked and you expect a lot of guests for dinner and then hear that there is a stranded flight whose guests are now coming to the hotel. All hands on deck! After all passengers have been provided with a snack and a drink, your shift is over. You will be free for the next two days, in the middle of the week, while the rest of Belgium is at work!
