Tasks

At Pillows Hotels, we want to create as many special moments as possible. As a Front Office Host at Pillows Hotels Brussels, you serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is welcoming and exceptional from arrival to departure. Your role involves warmly greeting guests upon arrival, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring all registration details are accurately recorded. You provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services, assisting with reservations and bookings as needed. Additionally, you address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, contributing to an outstanding guest experience. ?

You're both a self-starter and a team player, going the extra mile is something you don't have to think about, it comes naturally. You work either autonomously or in relation with other departments, in order to work and motivate your team.

You are enthusiastic and you have strong communicative skills
You are known to handle stress well, you are punctual and you have commercial insight
You lead by examples
Knowledge of reservations systems (PMS) is a plus
Besides English, you speak fluent French. Dutch is a plus
You fulfil the guest's wishes and exceed their expectations
Knowledge of Brussels is a plus.
Fulltime/Part- time contract (24/38h)
You currently hold a valid work permit to work in Belgium
