Tasks
We want to WOW our guests and not just with the beautiful building in which Fiera is located. The first and last thing every guest should see is a big, warm hospitality
smile.
You radiate hospitality with a big 'H' and know how to convey this to all your colleagues. As Front Office Manager, you are one of Fiera's key figures. You ensure
that both the kitchen and the dining room run smoothly, thanks to your overview of all reservations.
What do you do at Fiera?
• You provide a warm and professional welcome to our guests.
• You answer incoming phones and reservations both by phone and email in 1st line.
• You follow up/answer daily reviews and brief these to the other departments.
• You support the rank waiters during peak times in the venue by keeping an extra eye on things.
• You coordinate all group bookings and ensure that their special requests receive the necessary attention.
• You maintain the stock of all printing materials, ordering the necessary printing from our head office.
• You look for optimisations in all processes and try to make our operation a little more modern every day.

Profile
- Knowledge and experience - You already have 1st Front office experience in a related environment.
- Communication - You are sociable, cordial, strongly communicative and have a passion for hospitality.
- Engagement - You can get along with all types of personalities. You are a real team player with the necessary respect for your colleagues.
- Enthusiasm - You are motivated with a born hands on mentality and an excellent "Helicopter view".
- Groomed look - We like strong personalities, but as one of the faces of the business, you also have a neat appearance.
- Language skills - You communicate fluently in Dutch or English, allowing you to work with all your colleagues. French is a plus!
