In Q3 of this year Borealis Hotel Group will open Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport and Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Airport. We are now seeking to appoint a Front Office Supervisor.

The Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport is being built in an ideal location. The largest Brussels airport is only 5 km away and the train station is only a 7-minute walk away.
But also interesting sights, the NATO headquarters and the city centre of Brussels can be reached quickly and easily. The hotel will have 208 rooms and will offer breakfast and light meals to their guests all day.

A great Front Office position, where you are responsible for your shift at the front office of the hotel together with your colleagues from the management team. This means that you are responsible for training and building the team, running the reception, developing and implementing procedures and maintaining guest contact.

Together with the team, you ensure that all our guests have a great experience every day and receive our guests in the most hospitable way. You also ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, for example in the administrative area.
