As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas. Your leadership and attention to detail will ensure that every corner of our hotel shines, creating a delightful experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of English. Dutch and/or French is a plus.
